Unless stated otherwise, any work commissioned may be displayed publicly in my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.

PERMITTED USE

You MAY:

Use the emojis freely in public or private spaces.
ie; comments, replies, and messages without credit.

Use them in your own artwork, posts, videos, websites, games, and other creative work.
(As long as you visibly credit.)

Edit, resize, recolour, crop, or otherwise modify them.
(Note, if you change your fursonas design, I may change your emotes for free, not guaranteed.)

RESTRICTED USE

You MAY NOT:

Claim the original artwork as your own.

Sell or redistribute.

Trace and copy the original work.

Emotes cannot be used on merchandise, digital or physical products, or other things intended for sale or profit without a prior agreement.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment for the base is required before any work begins.
If I have not started the base, you can get your money back for any reason.

Once work on the base is started, there are no refunds for the base.
However, if you've paid for the base + emojis, you may get a partial refund for the price of the emojis.

COPYRIGHT

Purchasing an emote grants the client a license to use the finished artwork under these terms.
Copyright and ownership of the original artwork remain with PHORTIE.
